The main action of PPGAV to promote the visibility of its activities and results is the Web page www.ppgav.eba.ufba.br, its importance is confirmed by the participation of researchers and candidates interested in developing their research activities in PPGAV-UFBA, originating in other states and countries. From the changes in the program (change in the structure of the courses and implementation of the doctorate), this site is being restructured to better meet the current requirements, since, when created, there was only the master course.
On the page of UFBA digital library, we periodically register the dissertations of the PPGAV, allowing unrestricted access to the results of the researches performed by the Masters and doctoral candidates.

The PPGAV publishes semiannually to Revista Visual culture in the electronic version, ISSN 2175-084X. The journal is indexed in the following bases:

His evaluation by regular CAPES qualis is B1 arts/music | Interdisciplinary Approach | Applied Social Sciences I and its impact factor, impact factor, according to the Scientific Journal Impact Factor for Value (2012), is 2,728. All editions between 2007 and July 2013 are available on the website www.culturavisual.ufba.br/.
Due to the speed and scope of this medium, the program also has a page on FACEBOOK, so as to be able to disseminate, with agility, news about exhibitions of students and professors, book launches, prizes received, open notices, lectures, congresses, calls of articles and other matters of interest to the community of PPGAV UFBA and to the public interested in art and culture in general.
